No idea but some TSPs (even those that only support a single line/first party view) may support private extensions to let you see a snapshot of activity on other lines (like queues.) However, only their docs would tell you that. BTW, by queued calls do you mean multiple calls offering on your station line? If so then you should see just that from TAPI, that is multiple calls in a LINECALLSTATEOFFERING state. Grant Schenck 'David Perkns' wrote in message news:[email protected]. Dear David, Yes, there is a third-party TSP for the Alcatel OmniPCX Office. Alcatel sometimes refers to the TSP as 'SPI for Microsoft TAPI server'. The TSP should be supplied with the switch; I don't know how to obtain it otherwise, although you might find it 'lying around' on a download link. A lot of TSPs are, if you browse around various web sites. It's worth noting that your switch may need a serial number upgrade, to enable the CTI interface on the switch. Without CTI permissions enabled on the telephone system, the TSP won't work. Purely FYI, the Alcatel TSP uses CSTA to communicate with the OmniPCX Office.
If you have CSTA expertise, you might prefer to do things that way, TAPI being what it is! Hope this helps TapiChap 'David Perkns' wrote in message news:[email protected]. The driver which is included in PIMPhony normally monitor one single line (using TAPI 2.0). It is not possible to monitor the PBX at the trunk level, but there are several approaches to overcome this problem, for instance using virtual devices.

Hello Jan In order to monitor several TAPI lines you must order a TAPI 2.1 server license for the Alcatel Omni PCX Office. The driver which is included in PIMPhony normally monitor one single line (using TAPI 2.0). It is not possible to monitor the PBX at the trunk level, but there are several approaches to overcome this problem, for instance using virtual devices. PIMPhone use standard implementation of TAPI.
In this case Line 6 is the one to open. Dependent of the configurations of the Alcatel Phone Device, he may see several incoming calls. Alcatel phones are what we call 'MultiLine'. This means that we can control several Calls (NOT TAPI-lines) just by opening one TAPI line '(ALCATEL -200 - Operator 1') for monitoring. He may download this software for a free 30-days test, and he will be able to se several incoming calls. This application is tested for the Alcatel Omni PCX Office.
